Earlier this season, Clark, 6 feet 11, talked about his ability to dominate the competition. An early-season ankle injury and foul trouble kept his numbers down. But in two games last week, he scored 66 points, had 34 rebounds and 11 blocks for Irvine Valley. He scored 35 points, had 18 rebounds and a career-high nine blocks as the Lasers beat Golden West, 93-68. Clark is averaging 22 points and leads the conference in rebounding at 14.5.
