Man Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash

NORTH HOLLYWOOD — A Glendale man was killed in a hit-and-run accident on the Hollywood Freeway after another vehicle knocked his car off the road and down an embankment, the California Highway Patrol said Sunday.
Arbie Yeganian, 33, died about 11:45 p.m. Saturday after his vehicle flipped over as it plunged off the southbound side of the freeway near Oxnard Street, said CHP Officer Garry Goldenberg.
Yeganian was pronounced dead at the scene when officers arrived.
The driver of the other car involved in the crash drove away after the accident, Goldenberg said.
