ARLETA — Fire swept through a mini-mall Sunday, causing $100,000 in damage, authorities said.
The blaze started just after 6 p.m. in the 9000 block of Sepulveda Boulevard near Nordhoff Street in a shopping center made up of auto repair shops, said Jim Wells of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
It took 45 firefighters about 40 minutes to extinguish the blaze, Wells said. No one was injured and the cause of the fire is under investigation, Wells said.
