CYPRESS : Residents to Reactivate Neighborhood Watch

Residents of the Vista Tract area of the city will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday with officers at police headquarters, 5275 Orange Ave., to reactivate the Neighborhood Watch program in their community. The meeting is open to anyone in that neighborhood.
The reactivation of the neighborhood protection program is being coordinated by Vista Tract residents Joe Mansolino and Cliff Bos.
