It is very interesting that Rep. Bob Dornan (R-Garden Grove) raised and spent more money in 1994 than the combined total of the other five members of the Orange County delegation. If Congressmen Cox, Packard and Rohrabacher all spent less than $160,000 each, why was it necessary for Congressman Dornan to spend 10 times more? It would be informative if Congressman Dornan would detail exactly how the money was spent.
