IRVINE — The Irvine Co. has signed a 10-year lease on two new buildings for Display Works, an Irvine company that designs trade show exhibits for international clients.
The Irvine Co. will build two 200,000-square-foot buildings in its Irvine Spectrum, the largest project in the office park since the company built the Western Digital headquarters in 1988. The buildings are expected to be completed in January 1997.
“The move to Irvine Spectrum will allow us to consolidate our operations at a single location with room to expand,” said Jim Stoneman, president of Display Works. “After an exhaustive search, we were able to work with the Irvine Co. to design a facility that is ideally suited to our business.”
Display Works currently is housed in several buildings in another industrial complex in Irvine.
