Home Depot Purchases Store Site

LAGUNA HILLS — Home Depot, a home improvement retailer, said it plans to build a 130,400-square-foot store on 19.5 acres at Calle Sonora and El Toro Road in Laguna Hills. It is purchasing the property from Rossmoor Partners L.P. of Santa Ana. Home Depot also will have three restaurant and two retail sites available for purchase. On a 4-acre site, Stater Bros. Markets plans to build a 41,000-square-foot store.
