Art Exhibit to Feature Free Youth Concert

Music and art will go hand in hand Sunday at a free concert by accomplished young musicians from throughout the county at the annual juried exhibit of the Westlake Village Art Guild.
The music will feature soprano Lauren Michelle Furman of Calabasas High School and the Lady Bugs String Quartet.
The quartet is under the direction of Moon Jun Allison, a member of the New West Symphony, and includes Kristina Allison of Simi Valley on cello, Jane Kim of Oxnard on first violin, Amy Motely of Ventura on viola and Amanda Williams of Camarillo on second violin.
The concert will begin at 2 p.m. in the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery on Borchard Road. No tickets are required.
