Piranhas Win Arena Exhibition Opener, 47-31

The Piranhas defeated the Texas Terror, 47-31, in their first Arena Football exhibition Tuesday in front of 8,985 at the Summit in Houston.
Quarterback Scooter Molander had three touchdown passes and Anthony Rodgers and Adrian Jarrell each caught two touchdown passes for Anaheim.
Danny O’Neil, formerly of Oregon and Mater Dei High, completed nine of 14 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown and Troy Kopp, formerly of University of the Pacific and Mission Viejo High, completed six of 13 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown for the Piranhas.
