Services Saturday for Eric Hoggatt

Funeral services for Reseda High School football player Eric Hoggatt will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Mortuary, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Hollywood Hills. Services will take place at the mortuary’s Hall of Liberty. Cryptside services will follow immediately.
Hoggatt, an 18-year-old senior running back, was found dead in his bed the morning after Reseda’s game against Chatsworth last Thursday night. Hoggatt had left the game two minutes before its end, and complained to teammates of dizziness and numbness in his extremities. The cause of death is still under investigation by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
