Five-Game Homestand May Offer Cure

After losing three consecutive road games, the Clippers open a five-game, 10-day homestand tonight against the Dallas Mavericks.
All five opponents have losing records and forward Rodney Rogers thinks it’s important for the Clippers, who have lost nine of their last 10 games, to turn it around.
“We’ve just got to go back and get ready--we’ve got a long week ahead of us,” he said.
Center Stanley Roberts, who has sat out four games because of a ruptured disk in his back, isn’t expected to play tonight.
