Office Building Plans Put on Hold
A proposal for a two-story office building at Santa Ana Canyon Road and Maude Lane has been delayed until the City Council’s meeting Tuesday.
Residents near the site have raised concerns about the development, including the potential for loss of privacy and increased traffic congestion at Maude and Santa Ana Canyon.
The council postponed action so that residents and city planning staff and residents can review revised plans for the project, which would put a 4,000-square-foot building at the northwest corner of the intersection.
