2 Killed, 2 Wounded in Separate Shootings

Two people were slain and two others wounded in two shootings in south Los Angeles on Monday night.
In the first attack, a man and a woman were hit with bullets at 205 E. 87th Place a few minutes before 6 p.m. One died, but it was not clear whom.
A second person was killed and another wounded in a subsequent shooting near the Memorial Coliseum at West 42nd and South Hoover streets just after 8 p.m.
Random shootings wounded several other people in the area Monday night, police said. No suspects were in custody.
