USC football morning report: Back to practice

Fact of the day: After a week off, USC begins bowl practices today.
USC defeated Notre Dame, 49-14, in the regular-season finale on Saturday at the Coliseum.
The Trojans improved to 8-4 overall and 6-3 in the Pac-12 Conference.
Notre Dame fell to 7-5.
USC now waits to learn which bowl it will be invited to.
